ILM Level 3 Award in workplace coaching for team leaders and first line managers

This practical, 4-day programme will

• Equip leaders with coaching skills which can be used immediately in the context of day to day business
• Provide an understanding of coaching theory and the relationships between coaching, leadership and management
• Enable you to identify and use your own coaching style effectively.

Walking with Leaders is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management which is your quality guarantee.

Programme outline

The programme lasts for approximately 10 weeks and consists of

• Four days of workshops
• interim coaching practice sessions at work with candidates' own teams or staff
• Regular telephone check-ins with Tutor and
• Pre and Post programme 1:1 with Tutor.
• 12 hours workplace coaching

Each programme is led by our fully qualified coaches who have years of experience of coaching for performance at work.

Candidates and their coachee(s) will evaluate each practice session. The evaluation sheets form part of the portfolio of evidence required. In addition candidates must complete a book review and a short work based assignment. The portfolio will be discussed with the Tutor before being submitted to the ILM as evidence of successful completion of the programme.

ILM Level 3 Certificate for professional workplace coaches

In addition to the ILM Level 3 Award we can offer a certificate programme which has

• an additional two half-day workshops and group supervision
• 30 hours workplace coaching
