Team Coaching

One of the most effective ways of improving performance in a team is through team coaching. The role of the team coach is help the team members to understand and appreciate their differences, and to facilitate conversations in the team that build relationships and trust. This is not team building, nor team facilitation, but a performance and goal focused team intervention that is challenging, rigorous and is aimed at increasing the overall capacity of the team to perform as a whole.

Walking with Leaders will create a team coaching programme for the specific needs of a team, and with consideration to the overall context in which they are working.

We are also qualified to train executive coaches and run several programmes at different levels to enable busy executives to introduce a coaching culture into their organisation, as well as accredited qualifications for senior directors, HR and coaching professionals.
