Entry requirements for ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma Programmes

Particpants will be practicing senior managers, HRD professionals or consultants with experience and/or training and qualifications in Mangement and Leadership or in HRD or related disciplines.

They should normally have successfully completed a programme equivalent to a level 4 award or have experience in working in a role at senior level, managing managers.

Alternatively they may have HRD or consulting qualifications.

Exceptionally, candidates who have no formal qualification in Management or HRD, but who have several years experience of working at a senior level and have completed some formal training in this role may also participate.

Candidates should also normally possess a high level of communication skills.
