Team facilitation

When a team or group needs to achieve a specific task, it is helpful to have an external facilitator to provide some structure and direction. This frees up the team or group members to focus on their thinking and discussions, which are shaped and brought together by the facilitator. Crucially, it also allows the team leader to take a full part in the discussion - and to be 'reined in' as needed!
