Train-the-trainer Coaching Programmes
These are 4-day programmes for organisations who want their senior
executives, team leaders or HR professionals equipped to deliver
basic coaching skills training as part of best practice induction
and development policies.
Each programme is tailored to the needs of your organisation with
any additional skills workshops and leadership training provided
as required. These programmes can be provided with or without ILM
accreditation, but are all delivered to the same high standard
you would expect from an ILM accredited centre.
